Smile design and cosmetic dentistry: Digital Smile Design (DSD) assessment, physical mock-up before any preparation, E.max porcelain veneers (0.3–1.0mm), feldspathic veneers, Renamel composite bonding, Zoom whitening (25% HP, 6–8 shades in 45 minutes). Gum contouring with the Fotona laser. Crown lengthening. Orthodontic assessment and referral coordination.
Restorative dentistry: Zirconia crowns (1000–1200 MPa, same-day available for straightforward posterior cases), E.max crowns (400 MPa, anterior aesthetic zone), PFM crowns, dental bridges (traditional, implant-supported, Maryland). All fabricated in the in-house digital laboratory from intraoral scan data.
Endodontics: Root canal treatment and retreatment. Apicoectomy for periapical lesions not resolving through retreatment. MTA root-end filling material. CBCT-guided endodontic assessment for complex anatomy.
Periodontics: Scaling and root planing, pocket reduction surgery, guided tissue regeneration (GTR), soft tissue grafting, crown lengthening, peri-implantitis management, frenectomy. Periodontal charting at every hygiene appointment.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment
A new patient appointment at Dazzle begins with a clinical history review, full-mouth clinical examination, and the specific assessment relevant to the chief complaint. Radiographs (periapical, bitewing, or OPG) are taken where clinically indicated. For implant or smile makeover cases, intraoral scanning and digital photography are added at the assessment appointment or a dedicated planning appointment.
A treatment plan is presented in writing with full itemised costs before any treatment is started. At Dazzle, you are not asked to make decisions about treatment at the same appointment as the examination. The plan is provided, questions are answered, and treatment is scheduled when the patient is ready.

Q4: Is sedation available for anxious patients?
Yes. Nitrous oxide (conscious sedation), oral sedatives, and IV sedation are available at Dazzle. The Wand computer-assisted anaesthesia is used for injection-sensitive patients.
